SKILLS MARKET GAP ANALYSIS SYSTEM AVAILABLE ON SMART +

The 21 and 22 of November 2018 the SMART + Consortium presented the SMGA tool (Skills Market Gap Analysis System) during the final project Conference held in Seville, hosted by the project Applicant EUSA, a private university center affiliated with the University of Seville and owned by The Chamber of Commerce of Seville.

Currently the self-assessment tool and the SMGA tool are both available in all partner languages (English, Spanish, Italian and Hungarian) on the official project web site. Individual learners can start assessing their employability skills by creating an account and evaluating themselves on one or several out of the five transversal competences addressed. After completion of the self-assessment, the SMART PLUS System provides the students with a simple and user-friendly result page including direct links to the personalized training pathway in the SMART PLUS online platform, based on the results obtained through the self-assessment.
